Lume Cube Order Tracking
We are as excited for you to get your Lume Cube gear as you are! We will send an email with the tracking number as soon as they are assigned. For many carriers it can take hours, if not days, to start populating the progress of the shipment. Please be patient and allow some time before you reach out.
To track your Lume Cube order, you have a couple of options.
Email:
All shipments are sent an email with the tracking number and links to the carrier for that shipment. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive multiple emails with different tracking numbers for each shipment.
If you can't find your tracking email, search for "A shipment for Lume Cube order" in your email client. Check your spam folder too, just in case.
Your Account:
You can log into your account to view your order history. Click on the order you need to track. You will see a green box near the top of the screen with the tracking numbers listed as well as a link to the carrier. If there is an issue with the link, many search engines can understand the tracking number and send you to the carrier.
