Lume Cube Lume Cube 2.0 Waterproof LED Open Box

For any consumer, the unbeatable combination is brilliant design plus outstanding customer service. And that's exactly what I experienced with Lumecube. Like many others, I was hot to try the Lume Cube 2.0 mini lights, and when they arrived I was duly impressed. Just picking them up, I felt the quality in both design and construction. They are amazingly solid, with attention to detail like a Swiss watch. But... I had expected the lights to arrive with magnetic Modification Frames to hold the diffusers, which I also bought. The Modification Frames were missing! I was not happy. I emailed Lumecube about this, expressing my disappointment, but I didn't really expect much in the way of follow-up. So guess what? Less than one week later, two Modification Frames appeared in my mail box! And they didn't charge me a dime! This level of customer service has become so rare, and it is so welcome.
